BestMark, Inc., a leader in market research and customer experience management solutions, is currently conducting a nationwide Automotive Research Study. Participants who have access to the specific makes and models of vehicles required for the study will be reimbursed for their auto service and receive a cash payment in exchange for completing an online evaluation form about their experience.

Eligible Vehicles: Currently, we are looking for shoppers who have access to the following vehicles:

Vehicle Year: 2002-2009
Vehicle Mileage: 5,000-100,000 miles
Vehicle Make: Cadillac, Buick, Nissan, GMC, Porsche, Pontiac, Chevrolet, Mercedes, Lexus

Evaluator Characteristics

Must be 21 years of age or older
Must own or have access to specified vehicle(s)
Must be willing to have a minor service performed on the vehicle (oil change, tire rotation, etc.)
Must have good written communication skills
Must be able to focus on details
Must have full Internet access (at home or at work)
