For the second year in a row, Mary Kay was listed among brands that delight customers, according to a Brand Keys study. The rankings for Brands That Delight were among findings from Brand Keys' annual Customer Loyalty Index Survey. The study examines customer relationships with almost 600 brands in 83 different industries.
Businesses were awarded the title for demonstrating excellence in customer satisfaction and loyalty and providing users a higher quality experience with products and services than competitors.

Those three pillars are incorporated into all aspects of the business, she added.
Mary Kay tied for the top brand in the cosmetics industry in addition to securing a top spot in the Brands That Delight category. The high rankings are earned by the company, which stands behind the quality of its beauty products and offers a money back guarantee for dissatisfied customers.
